THE WEDDING BLUEPRINT

The Wedding Blueprint is for the couple that has the time to plan their own wedding, but need a little more help in the beginning and somebody to handle the month-of.

After a lengthy consultation we put together your total wedding blueprint.  Vendor recommendations, personalized to-do list and timeline.  We put together the overall look for your wedding, along with suggested rentals and linen swatches.

You will meet with your lead day-of planner two months out from your wedding to check on your progress, and talk through your timeline and visit your venue.  

On the week-of we take over, checking in with all you vendors and finalizing all details.  On the day-of your lead planner and a talented assistant are on the ground to help you with what you need.  We set-up personal items, direct the wedding ceremony and rehearsal, and oversee your vendors throughout the day.  We coordinate timing so the event is organized, relaxed and you and your guests enjoy every precious moment of the day.
